About the project
A Baltimore Sun investigation found that police were using the weapons against suspects who, by their own assessment, posed no immediate threat, and showed that officers didn’t follow widely accepted safety recommendations.
My role
This project was published during a transition point at The Sun where I was moving from the Interactive Development and Design team to the Video team. For this project, I worked with both teams on UX design, data visualization and overall visual editing.
